The Flettie Alifair Church Literacy Fund is a grant awarded to Wilkes County educators for classroom and program projects that support literacy development and skills. The family of the late Flettie Alifair Church has entrusted the Wilkes Community Partnership for Children to receive grant applications and choose applicants to award funds.

The Wilkes Community Partnership for Children would like to extend our most sincere thanks to the Church family for trusting our organization to appropriately select applicants to receive the funds they have put forth for Wilkes County educators to benefit the learning of Wilkes County children.

Additionally, all recipients of the Flettie Alifair Church Literacy Fund extend their gratitude to the Church family for continuing to offer this funding for the opportunities to help their students become strong readers.
